Wow, the view from my room was absolutely stunning, overlooking Lake Lugano! The rooms are truly first-class, but I must admit there was a lack of privacy, especially if you're traveling with a friend. I strongly recommend the suite for couples or solo travelers instead. Overall, the experience was like being in a beautiful weather outlook but with minimal privacy.
